Alwyn Roberts, his wife Kim and daughters Siân and Carys would like to extend their grateful thanks to Ysbyty Gwynedd staff, the district nurses and his GP surgery for their care of Tom. To Rev. Nerys Griffiths for the lovely service and to Alun Williams for his beautiful music on the organ, to Meinir and her colleagues of Dylan Griffith Funeral Directors for their guidance and support. To all the friends and family who came to the service and the donations received towards the local Parkinson's organisation.
A special thanks to Rhian, Gwion and the Willams family for all their dedication and care of Tom over the years and for their help in arranging Tom's funeral.
